I work in Ponsonby in Auckland. If travel is required, additional costs, such as mileage and accommodation will be added to fees where relevant.

Fees
A therapy session is usually 50-60 minutes and is $195 (+GST) per session, either in person or via telehealth means. Payment is by bank transfer within three days after your session. There are no eftpos or credit card facilities.
With regards to contracts for organisations, it can be difficult to advertise a standard price. If you are an organisation seeking contractual work, please make contact to discuss what services you are looking for.

Confidentiality
All personal information gathered during the provision of psychological services will be respected and any information provided will be treated as confidential and secure except where:
1.I believe that failure to disclose the information would place you or another person at serious and/or imminent risk; or
2.Your prior approval has been obtained to:
a.Provide a written report to another professional or agency, e.g., a GP or a lawyer,
b.Discuss the material with another person, e.g., a parent, partner or employer,
Or if disclosure is otherwise required or authorised by law.
I have regular professional supervision and aspects of cases may be discussed with my supervisor to assist me provide a more efficient and effective service, however, a clients identity will not be revealed.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. There is no charge if you cancel an appointment with 48 hours' notice. However, the full fee will apply if a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or if there is a failure to attend a booked session. Non-paid invoices may be subject to debt collection and associated costs.
